With more than 40 years of experience in healthcare as a Physician Assistant, Danielle brings a rare depth of expertise to her work as a wellness coach and patient advocate. Her career has spanned direct patient care, professional leadership, and the coordination of care across our local healthcare system—giving her an insider’s understanding of how medicine works, where it falls short, and what patients truly need in order to feel heard.
Having cared for and advocated for family, friends and both of my parents during their later years, I became acutely aware of how blessed I was to be nearby to help them navigate the health care systems in the Triangle. For most folks, navigating the healthcare system today can feel like a full-time job. Today, I dedicate my practice to the people the system too often leaves behind: those who feel overwhelmed, whose voices go unheard, and who are not fully aware of their options.
I believe you deserve to be in charge of your own health journey. Together, we can collaboratively design a personalized program centered on your goals, your concerns, your pace, and your vision—one that empowers your path toward well-being. Navigating diagnoses, tests, and treatment decisions can be daunting for anyone outside the medical field. I will help individuals prepare for appointments, frame the right questions, and understand what each next step really means. I will make certain your concerns are heard, your questions are answered, and you receive the care you deserve—when you need it most.
My mission is simple: to empower every client to live their fullest, healthiest life with confidence and the support they deserve. I completed Harvard’s Executive Education Program for Lifestyle and Wellness Coaching in October of 2025.
